Wompoo Eco Retreat is ideally located close to Daintree rainforest boardwalks, local sights, tours and activities. Our Daintree accommodation is only five kilometres from the beautiful Cow Bay Beach with its long sandy beaches, rocky headlands surrounded by mountain range.
Our retreat is a scenic 30 minute drive to Cape Tribulation and a 30 minute drive from the Daintree Ferry crossing. There are lots of things to do and see during your stay, or you can just enjoy relaxing in the comfort of your private Daintree bungalow.

Dining in the Daintree
There are several cafes/restaurants between Cow Bay and Cape Tribulation for you to dine at during your stay. Refer to the Daintree Map for options.
If you prefer to self cater, your bungalow is well equipped with a stovetop and a barbeque hotplate.
We recommend purchasing supplies either in Cairns, Mossman or Port Douglas before making your trip to the Daintree. However there is also a well stocked convenience store at Cow Bay should you need anything. There is also a weekly farmers style market in Mossman on Saturday mornings.
